Employee Exceed Retire/Resign Date in Payrun

We have improved this screen by adding notification to alert in pay run after user start new pay run if employee with active status and date has passed the retire/resign date exist.

This will prompt the user to inactivate the employee before proceeding with the pay run for the period. This is to avoid mistaken payments to employees who have retired or resigned.

This is a sample screen for the Pay Run with the new field ‘Total Employees Exceed Retire/Resign’.

1. This field will display number of employees in the batch who meet below conditions:

a) Employee exists in the pay run.

b) Status = Active

c) Retire Date or Resign Date < 1st day of the pay run Period Start.
